Podcasting is already nothing new  for this days, a lot off peoples do it and a lot write about it. I never had needs to try it out. I have my nice MP3 collection, of my best flowers, so i never needed something more.
But one day, on surfing throw some web designers artworks i lands to Odeo.com page. I found its very nice looking page also very easy in use. All seems to be placed in right places, and it was so easy to start listing some newest podcasts directly from their start page, that i was starting to hear some episodes.
It was amazing easy and nice, i was starting to look some other podcast station from my interests category.
This was a really new experience to have a lot podcats which  don't only speaks about music. There are Stations with politic discussions, about sport, computers and all what it includes, about science news, books and films. All what you only can imagine.
I found even some funny podcast, where nice Girl speaks about Sex, makes some tips  and analyze different relations between peoples. So here is nice Podcast with funny title: Open Source Sex.
After some tryouts i made notices about most interesting podcats for me.
One of the first Stations was: Insomnia Radio (web page).
Its in reality one very cool podcast about best music you've never heard. Thay makes podcasting already about more than one year and they play very interesting music from some unknown bands. They have a very nice idea - Doubleshots, which is an little bit smaller podcast with two bands and two sound from each band. Every new Doubleshot is moderated by new moderator, who have own podcasting station. So if you like his voice, art how he make show, or bands he played just to to his podcast page and make new podcasting.
Insomnia Radio has very good quality sound and bands are really nice. On their web page are more links to other podcast associations, links to bands they play and music shops where CDs can be ordered.

So how it works.
Its really very easy to start your podcast search with Odeo Page. You can browse throw categories. You can play every podcast directly from this page with flash-plugin, which is added in all most used browser. And if you like some station, you can just take playlist to your music player (m3u) or capture RSS feed news for this channel to make automatically downloads if new feed comes out, or at least to get notification about this.

Next you can download this MP3 file to your iPod, or just play it directly from the internet.

Its very good to use some additional utilities for automaticaly download newest podcasts.

And than to copy it to your iPod.
