EULA fun
22 July 2007There is a lot of fun in some EULAs 
For example the Java Eula says:
You acknowledge that Licensed Software is not designed or intended for use in the design, construction, operation or maintenance of any nuclear facility.
This means that you cant write any small tool in java language even for the facilities finance department to query some currency conversion webservice 
ITunes EULA is even more restricted, §10 "Export Control" says:
You also agree that you will not use these products for any purposes prohibited by United States law, including, without limitation, the development, design, manufacture or production of missiles, or nuclear, chemical or biological weapons.
That must be some new trade idea, weapon with buildin ITune player?
